1993年11月和1994年7月,在部、局领导和用户单位的大力支持下。电力部杭州机械设计研究所与郑州水工机械厂共同承接了为黄河万家寨水利枢纽工程和长江三峡水利枢纽工程提供3座HL240-4F3000LB型预冷砼搅拌楼的研制任务,在近一年的时间内,厂、所密切合作,同心同德,成功地研制出我国新一代4×3m~3预冷砼搅拌楼。
