相关调查结果显示,随着社会发展与竞争形势的严峻,教师职业成为当前最具压力的职业之一,特别是中小学教师,其整体倦怠现象较为明显,职业成就感低。如果该现象长期得不到有效的控制和改善,教师的身心健康将会受到倦怠问题的严重影响,学校的教学质量会因此而受到威胁。就此,根据职业教师倦怠的现状做了倦怠问题的相关分析,结合调查实情、资料查阅、文献研究等方式着重对职业倦怠的表现形式、形成因素做出重点研究,并提出了解决中小学教师职业倦怠的相关对策,与大家共同探讨。
