橡皮树繁殖方法主要有扦插和高压二种,其中高压繁殖以其成活率高、成型快而倍受养花爱好者青睐。但是由于橡皮树皮层厚、木质脆,在实施高压过程中极易折断,因此笔者近几年对传统的塑膜高压繁殖法进行改进,采用棉絮塑膜包裹法,取得令人满意的效果。这种方法不仅简单易行,而且形成愈伤组织早、生根快,一般20天即可见到白根外露。材料准备:清洁卫生的棉絮(用市场所售普通棉絮也可),用开水冲泡10~20分钟,捞起备用。用于包裹的塑膜,采用普通农用地膜即可,先用柱状物卷起若干层,并剪成3~4厘米段状。操作过程:一般在橡皮树的旺长期伏季进行,根据所需树型,在相应部位去掉1~2片叶子进行环剥。直径1厘米的树干剥口宽1.5厘米左右,环剥处流出的白色树汁是否冲洗,影响不大。把存有一定水
