少数民族濒危语言有声档案建设的紧迫性所在是为抢救蕴含在声音语料中的独特民族文化资源,其以话语为中心的立档原则不仅是对文献档案功能的延伸与补充,还能起到动态监测少数民族语言生态、延长濒危语言活跃周期,使其继续服务现代社会的重要作用。对此本文基于少数民族濒危语言有声档案建设的可行性分析,从语料采集、语档信息处理、对外服务规划三个方向探讨了少数民族濒危语言有声档案建设的理论依据及实践途径。
The Urgency of Constructing Sound Archives for Endangered Languages of Ethnic Minorities The purpose of this document is to rescue the unique ethnic cultural resources contained in the phonetic materials. The principle of filing documents based on discourse is not only an extension and supplement to the functions of archives, but also a dynamic To monitor the ethnic ecology of ethnic minorities and extend the active period of endangered languages so that they can continue to serve the important role of modern society. In this paper, based on the feasibility analysis of the sound file construction of the endangered languages of ethnic minorities, this paper discusses the theoretical basis and practical approaches of building sound files of the endangered languages of ethnic minorities from three aspects: corpus collection, document information processing and external service planning.
