调查了印度西高止山脉南北Goa区内25个科的36种药用植物的丛枝菌根真菌多样性。30个物种带有从枝菌根真菌,其余6个物种没有丛枝菌根真菌定植。在根际土壤中,其发现了米自5个菌属(球囊霉属、无梗囊霉、盾巨孢囊霉、巨孢囊霉属和Ambispora)的42种从枝菌根真菌。本研究区内,球囊霉属是优势属,聚线绣球菌是优势种。定植百分比和孢子密度间存在显著负相关。南、北Goa区内,Simpson和Shannon Weiner多样性指数差异不显著,说明该区具有稳定、多样的植物群落。图4表5参70。
The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal diversity of 36 medicinal plants in 25 families in Goa, North and South of the Indian Ghats, was investigated. Thirty species with mycorrhizal fungi were colonized by the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and the remaining six species were not arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. In the rhizosphere soil, 42 species of mycorrhizal fungi were discovered from five genera (Globullas, Saccharomyces terrestris, Saccharomyces gosvosa, Gumosporium and Ambispora). In the study area, the genus Glomus is the dominant genus, and the genus Polygonatum is the dominant species. There was a significant negative correlation between colonization percentage and spore density. There was no significant difference in diversity index between Simpson and Shannon Weiner in South and North Goa regions, indicating that the region has a stable and diverse plant community.
