经中国物理学会批准,中国质谱学会第一届理事会第二次会议于1982年2月2日至4日在北京召开。到会理事共27人。北京理化测试学会等单位也应邀参加了会议。会议在张青莲理事长主持下进行,主要议程为:听取并讨论1981年学会工作汇报;审批会员;充实各专业委员会及其附属机构;制定1982年活动计划及1983～1986年活动规
The second meeting of the first council of China Mass Spectrometry Society was held in Beijing from February 2 to February 4, 1982, with the approval of the Chinese Physics Society. A total of 27 members to attend. Beijing Physical and Chemical Testing Institute and other units were also invited to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Zhang Qinglian. The main agenda was to listen to and discuss the work report of the Institute in 1981; to approve members; to enrich various professional committees and their affiliated organizations; to formulate the 1982 plan of activities and the rules of activities of 1983 to 1986
