81年3月25日至29日鞍、本、首、太、武、湘、马、攀、上钢一厂、包钢在包头召开了普钢第四次年会予备会议,同时还专题交流了冶金分析工作中技术、质量和经济管理方面的经验.各单位在三项管理上都做了大量工作,积累了一定的经验,有较深的体会.大家共同认为要迅速提高分析技术水平和分析质量,就必须加强管理工作,建立相应的管理机构和制度,并要有切实可行的考核办法.特别是质量管理工作各单位都非常重视,各自均有比较完整的管理制度和实施办法,尽管各家的做法和经验有所不同,但必须切实严格质量管理,才能保证不断提高分析技术水平,这是大家共同的感受.
