铁水预处理技术中反应器的设计至关重要。本文采用k-ε湍流模型与颗粒随机轨道模型相结合,建立了铁水、反应剂的两相流动模型;采用数值模拟的方法,研究了涡流反应器内的铁水、反应剂的两相流动特征,揭示了各个几何参数对反应器内两相流动、混合的影响。计算结果表明,对于本文计算工况,反应器的最佳设计值为:α1=55°~40°,h1=0 3~0 4m,h4=(2 5~5 0)d3;d2/d3=0 35~0 20。
The design of the reactor in hot metal pretreatment technology is of crucial importance. In this paper, a two-phase flow model of hot metal and reactant was established by combining k-ε turbulence model and particle random orbit model. The two-phase flow characteristics of hot metal and reactant in a vortex reactor were studied by numerical simulation. The effects of various geometric parameters on the flow and mixing of the two phases in the reactor were revealed. The calculation results show that the optimum design values of the reactor are as follows: α1 = 55 ° -40 °, h1 = 0 3 ~ 0 4m, h4 = (25 ~ 50) d3, d2 / d3 = 0 35 ~ 0 20.
