目的 :用HPLC法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星胶囊的含量。方法 :采用XDB C8柱 (4.6mm× 15 0mm) ,以冰醋酸 甲醇 水(1%∶5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 76nm。结果 :平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD为 1.0 %。结论 :该方法准确可靠 ,适合于甲磺酸培氟沙星胶囊的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of pefloxacin mesylate by HPLC. Methods: XDB C8 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm) was used with mobile phase of glacial acetic acid (1%: 5 0: 5 0) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 2 76 nm. Results: The average recovery was 99.6% with a RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of pefloxacin mesylate capsules.
