目的:探讨儿童隐匿阴茎的病因、诊断与治疗,以提高对该病的认识和治疗水平。方法:28例隐匿阴茎儿童均采用改良Shiraki手术治疗,患儿临床表现为阴茎外观短小,阴茎皮肤发育不良,阴茎体不能正常显露,将阴茎根部皮肤后推可显露正常长度的阴茎体。结果:术后阴茎体显露充分,阴茎外形美观。结论:手术治疗是治疗隐匿阴茎的有效方法,对于阴茎皮肤发育不良的隐匿阴茎患儿,改良Shiraki术式是理想的手术方式。
Objective: To explore the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of hidden penis in children in order to improve the understanding and treatment of the disease. Methods: 28 cases of concealed penile children were treated with modified Shiraki operation. The clinical manifestations of the penile were short appearance of the penis, poor development of the penile skin, abnormal exposure of the penis body, and back of the penis root skin to expose the normal length of the penis body. Results: The penis was fully exposed and the appearance of the penis was beautiful. Conclusion: Surgical treatment is an effective method for the treatment of concealed penis. For patients with penile skin dysplasia, the improved Shiraki procedure is the ideal surgical method.
