目的研究门诊输液中心针刺伤的原因及防护措施。方法对我院输液中心工作的18名护理人员进行回顾性的问卷调查。结果输液中心针刺伤20例,13例配药时,1例拔针后,6例患儿不合作,回套针帽时,拨针1例上报医院感染科,并对其进行了追踪随访。结论引发针刺伤出现的原因多种多样,门诊输液中心要对其加强管理,提高护理人员的防护意识,规范操作行为,建立医院职业暴露系统,最大程度上降低门诊输液中心针刺伤的发生率。
Objective To study the causes and protective measures of needle stick injury in outpatient infusion center. Methods A retrospective questionnaire was conducted on 18 nurses working in our hospital infusion center. Results In the infusion center, 20 cases were stabbed. When 13 cases were dispensed, 1 case was withdrawn and 6 cases were uncooperative. When the cap was returned, 1 case was reported to hospital infection department and followed up. Conclusions There are many reasons for the occurrence of acupuncture injury. The outpatient infusion center should strengthen its management, raise the awareness of nursing staff, standardize the operation behavior, establish the hospital occupational exposure system, and minimize the occurrence of acupuncture injury in the outpatient infusion center rate.
