随着中国建筑行业的飞速发展,建筑工程质量管理更加受到业主、行业主管部门以及客户的关注。由于建筑工程质量不仅关乎建设单位的投资目标控制,更关系到项目建成交付使用后的使用者的生命财产安全,因此做好房屋建筑工程质量管理已经成为建筑行业的必须。本文系笔者多年来从事建筑工程管理的经验积累,旨在通过对建筑工程质量管控的常见问题进行阐述,并就此提出一些相应的解决的对策。
With the rapid development of China's construction industry, construction project quality management is more concerned by the owners, industry authorities and customers. As the quality of construction projects is not only related to the control of the investment objectives of the construction unit, but also to the life and property safety of the users after the project is completed and delivered, quality management of housing construction projects has become a must for the construction industry. This article is the writer who has been engaged in the management of construction projects for many years to accumulate experience. Through the elaboration of the common problems in the quality control of construction projects, some solutions to this problem are put forward.
