用玻璃微电极细胞外记录方法,记录中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)内痛兴奋神经元(PEN)的单位放电。主要观察中脑楔状核(NCF)尾部给予纳洛酮对PAG内PEN的痛放电影响。结果:①NCF内微量注入纳洛酮(5.5×10-3mol/L)能增加PAG内PEN的痛放电频率。②而预先注射纳洛酮(5.5×10-3mol/L)能部分阻断吗啡对PAG内PEN痛放电抑制效应。提示:NCF内某些神经元与脑刺激镇痛有关;内源性吗啡可能是NCF抗伤害感受作用中的递质或调质。
Unit discharges of pain excitatory neurons (PEN) within the periaqueductal gray (PAG) were recorded using a glass microelectrode extracellular recording method. To observe the effect of naloxone on the painful discharge of PEN in PAG in the caudal midbrain wedge nucleus (NCF). Results: (1) Naloxone (5.5 × 10-3mol / L) can significantly increase the painful discharge frequency of PEN in PAG. Preinjection of naloxone (5.5 × 10-3mol / L) could partially block the inhibitory effect of morphine on PEN pain discharge in PAG. Tip: Some neurons in NCF are associated with brain stimulation of analgesia; endogenous morphine may be a neurotransmitter or quencher of NCF antinociception.
