苏联的垂直分模平锻机,采用的是负偏置连杆机构,即曲轴回转中心在滑块移动轨迹的上方。作者认为此种机构极不合理,而应采用行程速比系数大于1的正偏置曲柄连杆机构,并导出了最佳曲柄连杆机构的计算公式。其偏置距离 e 值之确定,与我国现行设计计算考虑有较大不同,可供设计研究平锻机者参考。
The Soviet Union’s vertical parting plane forging machine, using a negative bias linkage, that is, the center of rotation of the crankshaft in the slider above the track. The author believes that such a mechanism is extremely unreasonable. Instead, a positive-biased crank-and-crank mechanism with a stroke speed ratio greater than 1 should be used and the formula for calculating the best crank-and-rod mechanism should be derived. The value of the offset distance e to determine, with our current design considerations are quite different, for the design and study of flat forging machine reference.
