对72例脑卒中患者及64例年龄相当正常人的血脂及载脂蛋白(apo)AⅠ、B100、CⅠ及CⅡ进行了全面分析。结果发现脑卒中患者血清甘油三酯含量显著增加,HDL-胆固醇显著降低,总胆固醇含量略有下降。患者血清apoAⅠ略有降低,apoB100略有升高,而apoCⅠ及CⅡ显著降低。作者对结果进行了讨论。
Serum lipids and apolipoproteins AⅠ, B100, CⅠ and CⅡ in 72 patients with stroke and 64 healthy individuals of the same age were analyzed comprehensively. Serum triglyceride levels were significantly increased in patients with stroke, HDL-cholesterol was significantly reduced, total cholesterol decreased slightly. Patients with serum apoA Ⅰ slightly lower, apoB100 slightly increased, and apoC Ⅰ and C Ⅱ significantly reduced. The authors discussed the results.
