相对于西方理性的企业精神,中国儒家以“仁”、“和”为核心,建构了一个以弘扬人文精神和实现人性为核心的个人管理、社会管理和国家管理的思想体系。人类文明发展至今,西方传统管理理念在新的历史条件下出现了不同程度的危机,以人为本已成为现代管理的基本理念。本文仅就孔孟仁学与现代人本管理理念的相互关系做一初步探讨,从管理的视角展现博大精深的儒家文化在当代的重大意义与影响。
Compared with the western rational enterprise spirit, Chinese Confucianism constructs an ideological system of personal management, social management and state management with the promotion of humanistic spirit and realization of human nature as the core. Since the development of human civilization, the western traditional management concept has experienced different degrees of crisis under the new historical conditions. People-oriented has become the basic concept of modern management. This article only discusses the relationship between Confucianism, Confucianism and modern humanism management philosophy. It explores the great significance and influence of the profound Confucianism from the perspective of management.
