某市高校新生传染病预防知识与行为状况调查对教学思路的启发

目的掌握学生对校园常见传染病预防认知方面的薄弱环节,探讨健康教育教学思路。方法自行设计调查问卷,内容包括传染病防控基础知识、校园重点监控、传染病认知与行为等3方面知识点的调查。采用整群随机抽样方法,在市内3所高校入学新生中随机整群抽取文理科不同专业学生。结果 3方面知识点合格率均低于50%,并呈现依次递减趋势,总合格率仅2.56%,合格率与学生在读学历、入学前常住地、父母职业、父母文化程度、以往获取传染病知识的渠道等因素无关。结论该市大学新生普遍缺乏传染病预防知识,说明加强学校健康教育工作迫在眉睫,高校应探讨、创新健康教育教学思路与方法,使学校健康教育与健康促进工作产生事半功倍的效果。 Objective To grasp the weak links in prevention and treatment of common infectious diseases on campus, and to probe into the teaching ideas of health education. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The contents include the investigation of knowledge base of infectious disease prevention and control, campus key monitoring, cognition and behavior of infectious diseases. A cluster random sampling method was adopted to randomly select students of liberal arts and sciences from three major freshmen in the city. Results The passing rate of knowledge points in all three aspects was less than 50%, and showed a decreasing trend in turn. The total pass rate was only 2.56%. The pass rate was closely related to the students’ academic record, place of residence before admission, parents’ occupation, parents’ education, The channel has nothing to do with the factors. Conclusion The freshmen in this city generally lack knowledge of prevention of infectious diseases, which shows that it is imminent to strengthen the health education in schools. Colleges and universities should explore and innovate the teaching ideas and methods of health education so as to make the results of health education and health promotion more effective.
