WTO政府采购透明度工作组(以下简称工作组)第18次会议于2003年6月17～19日在日内瓦召开。财政部国库司、商务部WTO司组成的中国代表团出席了此次会议。这次会议的主要议程,是讨论欧盟提交的《政府采购透明度的积极作用及实施方案》(以下简称《方案》)。

The 18th meeting of the WTO Working Group on Government Procurement Transparency (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group) was held in Geneva from June 17 to June 19, 2003. The Chinese delegation composed of the Treasury Department Treasury Department and the WTO Department of the Ministry of Commerce attended the meeting. The main agenda of this meeting is to discuss the “Positive Role and Implementation Plan of Transparency in Government Procurement” submitted by the EU (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
