在分析国内外T10A高强度弹簧钢带的氢脆性能的基础上,研究了金相形态与氢脆敏感性的关系。研究表明,在力学性质一定的条件下,金相形态是影响T10A高强度弹簧钢带氢脆敏感性的主要因素。细化马氏体组织和残留碳化物,增加板条马氏体转变的相对数量,是降低T10A高强度弹簧钢带氢脆敏感性的有效途径。
Based on the analysis of hydrogen embrittlement properties of T10A high strength spring steel strip at home and abroad, the relationship between metallographic morphology and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity was studied. The research shows that under the condition of certain mechanical properties, the morphology of the microstructure is the main factor that affects the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of T10A high strength spring steel strip. Refinement of martensite and residual carbides and increase the relative number of lath martensitic transformation is an effective way to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of T10A high strength spring steel strip.
