一、前言金属热处理中的氧化脱碳是普遍存在的问题。广大热处理工作者在长期的生产实践中,采用了各种措施防止或减少这种影响。最近几年,热处理工艺中采用了涂料防止氧化脱碳。1975年以来,我厂在研制耐高温涂料的基础上,与有关工厂、研究单位合作试制了几种金属热处理保护涂料。经实验和试用,证明这种涂料具有良好的防氧化,防脱碳效果。热处理涂料属于耐高温抗氧化涂料,应具有以下主要特点:
