目的:试用酶消化法获取鼠原代牙髓细胞,并研究其形态和生长特性。方法:采用0.5%胰酶-0.1%EDTA酶消化法获取SD鼠原代牙髓细胞,在倒置显微镜下观察其细胞形态和生长情况。结果:细胞形态主要呈梭形和星形,在6d时开始增殖,13d细胞数达最高,细胞倍增时间为58.5h(6d~13d)。结论:用胰酶-EDTA酶消化法可在短期内获得大量的牙髓细胞。
OBJECTIVE: To test primary rat dental pulp cells by enzymatic digestion and study its morphology and growth characteristics. Methods: Primary rat dental pulp cells were obtained by digestion with 0.5% trypsin-0.1% EDTA and observed under inverted microscope for cell morphology and growth. Results: The cell morphology was mainly fusiform and star-shaped, and began to proliferate at 6 days. The cell number reached the highest at 13 days and the cell doubling time was 58.5 hours (6d-13 days). Conclusion: A large number of dental pulp cells can be obtained in a short time by trypsin-EDTA digestion.
