口腔科医师经常遇到长期服用抗凝剂患者以预防心血管血栓形成,但又需要拔除病牙。因担忧患者是否会出现拔牙后出血过多或出血不止的并发症发生,而嘱患者停服抗凝剂2～3日后再来拔牙。这样增加了患者病痛时间及往返次数。我院心血管疾病拔牙门诊对此类患者采取了相应的措施,在不停用抗凝剂的情况下为患者拔除病牙已百余例,未发生过一例出血不止或出血过多病例,取得了满意的效果,现介绍如下
