测量材料的硬度有着各种各样的方法。各种测量方法所得的硬度值之间有没有本质的联系,硬度的本质是什么,一直是从事硬度计量和测试人员争论不休的问题。我们曾经从几何关系上探讨了洛氏(HR)、布氏(HB)、维氏(HV)之间的关系,本文进一步从物理概念上建立和论证几种硬度值之间的换算关系式,然后根据所得的关系式对硬度的本质进行探讨,提出建立统一硬度值的可能性。
There are a variety of ways to measure the hardness of a material. There is no essential relationship between the hardness values obtained by various measuring methods, and what is the essence of hardness, which has always been a constant issue in the discussion of hardness measurement and testers. We have discussed the relationship between Rockwell (HR), Brinell (HB) and Vickers (HV) from a geometric point of view. In this paper, we further establish and demonstrate the conversion between several hardness values from the physical concept, Then based on the relationship between the hardness of the nature of the discussion, put forward the possibility of establishing a uniform hardness value.
