一、序言 在冷轧硅钢片表面形成一种耐高温,防锈和绝缘的绝缘涂层,是生产冷轧硅钢片的一道重要工序。自从五十年代初期磷酸盐被用于这一目的以来,目前已发展成一个庞杂的所谓磷酸盐涂层体系。对于这种磷酸盐涂层的形成方法,业已有许多专利发表,但是对于这种磷酸盐涂层的形成机理,到目前为止却还很少看到完整的系统报导。因此本文试图根据一些与磷酸盐涂层有关的基础研究资料,叙述一下磷酸盐绝缘涂层的形成机理,并在这一形成机理的基础上,通过实验,探讨制取最佳磷酸盐绝缘涂层的途径。
First, the preamble Cold rolled silicon steel sheet surface to form a high temperature, rust and insulation of the insulating coating is the production of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet an important process. Since the early 1950s, phosphates have been used for this purpose and have now developed into a complex so-called phosphate coating system. There have been many patents published for the formation of this phosphate coating, but complete system reporting is seldom seen so far with regard to the formation mechanism of this phosphate coating. Therefore, this article attempts to describe the formation mechanism of phosphate insulation coating based on some basic research data related to phosphate coating. On the basis of this formation mechanism, we try to find out the best phosphate insulation coating Way.
