目的探讨宫内节育器联合人工周期在治疗人工流产术后出现的子宫性闭经中的疗效。方法对2006年1月至2009年12月在我院确诊为人工流产术后子宫性闭经的18例患者进行宫内放置圆形金属节育器联合术后雌孕激素人工周期治疗。结果所有患者均于第1次人工周期治疗停药后月经来潮,15例经量与平时接近,3例经量较前减少1/3。结论宫内节育器联合人工周期治疗人工流产术后子宫性闭经是可行的,疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of intrauterine device combined with artificial cycle in the treatment of uterine amenorrhea after induced abortion. Methods From January 2006 to December 2009 in our hospital diagnosed as induced uterine amenorrhea in 18 cases of patients with intrauterine implantation of circular metal IUD combined with postoperative estrogen and progestin artificial period treatment. Results All patients underwent menstrual cramps after stopping the first artificial cycle treatment. The amount of menstrual flow in 15 patients was close to normal, and the volume of the three patients decreased by 1/3. Conclusion Intrauterine device combined with artificial cycle treatment of uterine amenorrhea after induced abortion is feasible and effective, it is worth promoting.
