党的十六大以后,中央确定了建设社会主义新农村的战略部署,针对农民读书看报难的情况,国家从2005年起试点建设农家书屋,2007年“农家书屋”被写入国家文化规划发展《纲要》,成为国家5项重点公共文化工程之一。趁着这股东风,荣昌县“农家书屋”工程于2008年正式启动,怎样让这个新生事物发发展壮大,在建设社会主义新农村中发挥积极作用,是一个我们正在探索的问题。
After the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the Central Committee has decided on a strategic plan for building a new socialist countryside. In response to the peasants’ difficulties in reading and reading newspapers and magazines, the state started to pilot the construction of farmhouses and bookcases in 2005. In 2007, “Farmhouse” was written into the country Cultural Planning and Development “Outline”, becoming one of the country’s five key public cultural projects. Taking advantage of this Dongfeng Wind Farm, Rongchang County farmhouse was officially launched in 2008. How to make this new birthstream grow and develop and play an active role in building a new socialist countryside is an issue we are exploring.
