用透射电子显微技术研究了四川冕宁霓石碱性花岗岩中的钙 铈氟碳酸盐矿物系列的晶畴结构 ,发现该系列矿物中的晶畴结构类型较为复杂 ,其中包括 :氟碳钙铈矿 (BS) 6R2 多型和B2 S规则混层结构 6R多型的 {0 0 0l}微双晶畴及B2 S 2H多型结构中的反相畴。反相畴是由于晶格沿 [0 0 0l]方向产生 0 .471nm的位移 ,即沿 {0 0 0l}面的层错引起。在混层结构的畴区内确定了B4S2 型规则混层结构的 3R新多型 ,并观察到有序混层结构中存在无序结构微畴及在无序结构中的有序混层结构微畴。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the crystal structure of the Ca-Ce-Fluorocarbon mineral series in the Mianning Ni-Al alkaline granite in Sichuan Province. It is found that the crystal structure types in the series of minerals are complex, including: (BS) 6R2 polytype and B2 S regular mixed-layer structure 6R polytype {0 0 0l} micro-bi-domains and B2 S 2H multi-type domains. The antiphase domain is due to the displacement of the lattice of 0.47 I nm in the direction of [0 0 0l], that is, the stacking fault along the {0 0 0l} plane. The 3R new polytype of B4S2-type regular mixed-layer structure was determined in the domain of the mixed-layer structure, and the disordered structure micro-domains and the ordered mixed-layer structure in the disordered structure were observed Domain.
