子宫肌瘤与细胞凋亡关系初探

目的探讨子宫平滑肌瘤的发生与细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术监测子宫肌瘤患者的肌瘤核组织(实验组)及其周围正常肌组织(对照组)中,p53基因蛋白产物、Fas配体(Fas-L)基因蛋白产物及Bcl-2基因蛋白产物的表达。结果实验组各项阳性表达:p53蛋白为3667%,Fas-L蛋白为5667%,Bcl-2蛋白为7742%;对照组各项阳性表达:p53蛋白为2000%,Fas-L蛋白为9000%,Bcl-2蛋白为4483%。实验组Fas-L蛋白的表达明显低于对照组(P<001),而Bcl-2蛋白的表达则明显高于对照组(P<001)。结论子宫肌瘤的发生与细胞凋亡异常有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between uterine leiomyomas and apoptosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p53 gene protein, Fas ligand (Fas-L) gene protein and Bcl-2 protein in fibroid tissue (experimental group) and its surrounding normal muscle tissue (control group) -2 gene protein product expression. Results The positive expression of p53 in experimental group was 3667% for p53 protein, 5667% for FasL protein and 7742% for Bcl2 protein. The positive expression of p53 protein in control group was 2000% Fas-L protein was 9000%, Bcl-2 protein was 4483%. The expression of Fas-L protein in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <001), while the expression of Bcl-2 protein was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <001). Conclusion The occurrence of uterine fibroids and apoptosis are closely related.
