在讨论库切小说《凶年纪事》的一篇文章里,陆建德提示说,小说分上、中、下三栏排版,文体语气与视角各不相同,但如果读者能错综参会,全书略显零散的文字背后就会浮现出一个饶有意味的整体轮廓。其实,这段话也可以再好不过地转用于陆氏本人的著述。陆建德迄今所撰《破碎思想体系的残编》、《思想背后的利益》、《高悬的画布》等著作,都不是分章分节、首尾连贯的专著,而是一篇篇文章的合集,在略显零散的背后却都有着一个共同的关切:如何从社会政治、思想文化特别是文学批评的敏感性出发,培养“根系于一地的公共感情”?

Lu Jiande’s writings such as “The Remnants of the Broken System of Thought,” “The Benefits Behind Thoughts,” and “The Hanging Canvases” so far are not monographs, coherent monographs, but a collection of articles, However, there is a common concern behind the slightest fragmentation: How to cultivate “public feelings rooted in one place” from the perspectives of social politics, ideology and culture, especially literary criticism?
