几年来,我们遇到几例有机磷农药中毒者,因病史不详或检查不细致而造成误诊.现分别介绍如下:误诊病例报告例1误诊为流脑张××,男,37岁,农民.于1980年5月7日以头晕、头痛、昏迷3小时入院.5月6日夜突然头晕、头痛伴频繁呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容物.次晨9时逐渐昏迷,呼吸急迫,吐少量白沫,以流脑入院。检查:T38.4℃,P136次/分,R50次/分,心音不清.面色苍白,呼吸急迫,眼球固定,瞳孔缩小,对光反射消失,口腔和鼻腔有少量白色分泌物.狂躁不安,颈软,两肺布满痰鸣音.入院后即给吸氧、吸痰、强心剂和流脑常规处理.30分钟后,病人极度呼吸困难,口鼻有大量泡沫样分泌物,瞳孔小如针尖,对光反射消失,大汗,肌束
