总体看,上半年全国石油和化学工业经济增速持续减缓,下行压力不断增大,但经济运行缓中见稳。据统计,1～6月,全行业累计完成现价工业总产值5.89万亿元,同比增长12.5%;完成固定资产投资7341.7亿元,同比增速达30.7%;进出口贸易总额3220.7亿美元,同比增长10.4%。1～5月累计,实现主营业务收入4.72万亿元,同比增长11.8%;完成利润总额3031.4亿元,同比下降14.4%。在二季度行业经济增速下滑见底后,预计三季度企稳,四季度回升加快,下半年行业经济运行总体企稳回升。
