At the end of November 2012, relying on the first-ever advanced technology of underground gas storage reconstruction of gas reservoirs, Dagang Oilfield successfully started the research on the underground gas storage for the first time in China and the preliminary selection of three reservoir bases in the southern area of the oil field. In recent years, due to the rapid development of China’s natural gas industry, the demand for the construction of underground gas storage reservoirs with the function of regulating and replenishing gas increases.
