以武育粳3号为材料,对平摆秧苗进行各种环境处理,观察立苗过程。用树脂切片法观察秧苗弯曲部位细胞结构。结果表明:①叶龄越小立苗速度越快;②苗质对立苗过程影响不大,但对发根和立苗后生长有显著影响;③光对立苗无影响;④在一定范围内(12~35℃)温度越高立苗越快,但持续高温(>35℃)则抑制立苗;⑤高湿高氧环境有利于立苗;⑥适宜的Ca2+浓度可促进立苗;⑦立苗主要是秧苗基部下侧具有伸长功能的细胞生长快于上侧所致。
Taking Wuyujing No.3 as material, we conducted various environmental treatments on the pendulum seedlings and observed the seedling establishment process. The cell structure of the seedling seedlings was observed by resin slicing method. The results showed that: (1) the smaller the leaf age was, the faster the seedling establishment rate was; (2) the seedling quality had no significant effect on the process of standing seedlings, but had a significant effect on the growth of hairy roots and standing seedlings; (3) 12 ~ 35 ℃), the higher the temperature, the faster the seedling emergence, but the continuous high temperature (> 35 ℃) inhibited the standing seedlings; ⑤High humidity and high oxygen environment is conducive to stand seedlings; ⑥ appropriate Ca2 + concentration can promote stand seedlings; Mainly under the base of the seedling with elongation cell growth faster than the upper side.
