现将我院输血引起过敏性休克1例报告如下。病历摘要男患,38岁。于1988年6月23日在全麻下行膀胱全切、回肠代膀胱术。术中输“O”型血400ml,患者出现呼吸困难,面色发绀,血压降至10.7/6.67kPa,躁动不安,脉搏细弱,胸颈部出现片状荨麻疹。立即停止输血,快速输液,静注葡萄糖酸钙1.0g、氢化考地松200mg、麻黄素30mg、多巴胺20mg、肾上腺素1mg、新福林5mg、5%碳酸氢钠250ml,病情好转
A case of anaphylactic shock caused by transfusion in our hospital is reported below. Male patient history, 38 years old.
