市场经济体制的不断完善,客观上对参与市场竞争的企业提出了更高要求。从企业的内部管理角度来讲,要提高自身综合实力,就必须要重视内部金融人才的培训和教育,以人才来带动实力提升。高校作为金融人才培训的重要基地,根据市场对金融人才的需求特点进行针对性教育,切实提高金融专业人才的综合技能就显得十分重要。据此本文就从教学角度入手,对当前金融人才培养和高校金融教学改革进行了分析研究。
The continuous improvement of the market economy system objectively sets higher demands on enterprises participating in market competition. From the perspective of the internal management of enterprises, to improve their overall strength, we must attach importance to the training and education of internal financial professionals to promote the strength of talent. As an important base for training financial professionals, it is very important for colleges and universities to conduct targeted education according to the demand of financial professionals in the market, so as to effectively improve the comprehensive skills of financial professionals. Therefore, this article starts from the perspective of teaching and analyzes the current financial personnel training and university financial teaching reform.
