缺血性脑卒中后炎症级联反应是造成脑组织损伤的重要机制。恒定型自然杀伤T细胞是一种主要组织相容性复合体Ⅰ类分子CD1d限制性T细胞,是一种独特的T淋巴细胞亚型,可调节炎症反应。脑卒中后去甲肾上腺素能神经可调控恒定型自然杀伤T细胞发挥免疫调节功能,介导缺血脑组织的炎症反应。本文就恒定型自然杀伤T细胞的生物学特征及其在缺血性脑卒中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Inflammatory cascade after ischemic stroke is an important mechanism of brain tissue damage. Immortalized natural killer T cells are a major histocompatibility complex class I CD1d-restricted T cell that is a unique T lymphocyte subtype that regulates the inflammatory response. Noradrenergic nerve after stroke can regulate constant natural killer T cells play an immunomodulatory function, mediating the inflammatory response of ischemic brain tissue. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of natural killer T cells and their role in ischemic stroke.
