基于变截面定常一维等熵流的基本方程,分析了宝钢电炉用超音速氧枪的气动特性,得到了主氧及后燃烧喷孔的基本气动参数,给出氧流量与滞止压力及滞止温度间的关系;由实测值获得了测压点至喷孔进口处的压力损失,给出经一次减压后氧气压力的合适的设定值;讨论了枪角度等参数对冲击深度及冲击面积( 主氧射流) 的影响;根据理论计算,给出后燃烧氧流量设定的建议值。
Based on the basic equations of variable-section steady one-dimensional isentropic flow, the aerodynamic characteristics of supersonic oxygen lance for Baosteel electric furnace were analyzed.
