1999年,我县农业示范园日光温室种植的特种蔬菜——木耳菜,因管理简单又无病虫害的发生,其效益可观,在本地区已推广种植。现将其栽培技术介绍如下: 1.播种 木耳菜喜温暖,耐高温高湿,不耐寒,种子发芽适温20℃左右,生育适温20℃～25℃。因其种壳坚硬,播种前须用45℃温水浸种12小时,可促进提早发芽出土。若采食嫩叶,株行距40厘米×60厘米,每穴1～2株;若采食嫩梢,株行距15厘米×20厘米,每穴1～3株。
