目的 :建立急支糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用YWG C18柱 ,以乙腈 0 .0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (含 0 .2 %三乙胺 ,磷酸调 pH 2 .7) (5∶10 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 10nm。 结果 :本法专属性强 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,盐酸麻黄碱在 0 .2 0 7~ 2 .0 7μg线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999,平均回收率为 97.3%(n =6 ) ,RSD 1.5 %。结论 :建立的定量方法可作为本品质量控制标准之一
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in acute-branch syrup. Method: High performance liquid chromatography using YWG C18 column with acetonitrile 0. 02 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (containing 0.2% triethylamine, phosphoric acid pH 2.7) (5:10 0 The mobile phase was detected at a detection wavelength of 210 nm. RESULTS: The method was highly specific, sensitive, and reproducible. The linear relationship between ephedrine hydrochloride at 0.27-7.07 μg was good, r = 0.9999, and the average recovery was 97.3% (n = 6 ) RSD 1.5 %. Conclusion: The established quantitative method can be used as one of the quality control standards for this product.
