采用高效液相色谱法测定32%精甲霜灵·噁霉灵种子处理液剂中精甲霜灵和噁霉灵的质量分数。以乙腈+水为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18为填充物,对噁霉灵和甲霜灵进行定量分析,以正己烷+异丙醇为流动相,CHIRALCEL OD-H为填充物,对甲霜灵R-对映体(精甲霜灵)比例进行测定。结果表明,精甲霜灵和噁霉灵的标准偏差分别为0.11、0.24;变异系数分别为2.63%、0.85%;平均回收率分别为98.89%、99.68%。该法具有较高的准确性和精密度,简便、快速,分离效果好。
The mass fraction of metalaxyl and hymexazol in 32% dexamethasone and hymexazol were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Using acetonitrile + water as mobile phase and ZORBAX SB-C18 as filler, the hymexazol and metalaxyl were quantitatively analyzed. The mobile phase consisted of n-hexane + isopropanol and CHIRALCEL OD-H as packing material. Cream Spirit R-enantiomer (Metalaxyl) ratio was determined. The results showed that the standard deviations of mescaline and hymexazol were 0.11 and 0.24, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 2.63% and 0.85%, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.89% and 99.68%, respectively. The method has high accuracy and precision, simple, fast, good separation effect.
