[目的]建立一种反相高效液相色谱测定双环磺草酮原药的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Waters Xbridge C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比为65∶35)作为流动相,流速为0.8 m L/min,紫外检测器检测波长为325 nm,对双环磺草酮原药进行分离和测定。[结果]当双环磺草酮质量浓度为10.0~1000 mg/L时,双环磺草酮的线性相关系数为0.999 84,标准偏差为0.19,变异系数为0.20%,平均回收率为100.25%。[结论]该方法准确、快速、分离效果好,适合于双环磺草酮原药的定量分析。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the quantitative analysis of bicyclohexachlorone. [Method] The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (volume ratio of 65:35), the flow rate was 0.8 m L / min on a Waters Xbridge C18 column with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The UV detection wavelength was 325 nm, The bicyclovarsulfuron-methyl drug was isolated and assayed. [Result] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of bicyclotrosone was 0.999 84 with the standard deviation of 0.19 and the coefficient of variation of 0.20% with the average recovery of 100.25%. [Conclusion] The method was accurate, rapid and effective in separation. It was suitable for the quantitative analysis of bicyclovarsulfuron - methyl.
