目的建立测定金线莲中阿魏酸的定量方法,为金线莲及其相关产品的质量控制提供科学的方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,选用Lanbo-Kromasil-C18色谱柱;以甲醇-1%乙酸溶液(32∶68)为流动相;检测波长321 nm,体积流量1.0m L/min,柱温为25℃。结果阿魏酸在36~1 080 ng与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.5%。结论本法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为金线莲质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for the determination of ferulic acid in Anoectochilus roxburghii and to provide a scientific method for the quality control of Anoectochilus and its related products. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used with Lanbo-Kromasil-C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid solution (32:68). The detection wavelength was 321 nm and the volume flow rate was 1.0 m L / min. . Results Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 9) between 36 and 1 080 ng and peak area. The average recovery was 99.7%, RSD = 2.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for Anoectochilus.
