本文采用一锅法(PM)和等体积浸渍法(IM)制备了铋基催化剂并考察了PM的制备条件对催化剂的影响.使用固定床反应器对催化剂进行评价.结果显示,PM催化剂具有较好的催化活性,此时的制备条件如下:反应温度为160?C,反应时间为2 h.对催化剂进行XRD,BET,EDS和SEM等表征,结果表明,PM催化剂具有微球形貌,提供丰富的孔道结构,较大的比表面积和更多的活性位点,改善了催化剂的催化性能.除此之外,反应中积碳可能是导致铋基催化剂失活的一个原因.
In this paper, bismuth-based catalysts were prepared by one-pot method (PM) and isothermal impregnation method (IM), and the effects of the preparation conditions of PM on the catalysts were investigated.The catalysts were evaluated using a fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that the Good catalytic activity, the preparation conditions at this time are as follows: the reaction temperature is 160 ° C, the reaction time is 2 h.The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, EDS and SEM.The results showed that the microspheres morphology of PM catalysts provided Abundant pore structure, larger specific surface area and more active sites improve the catalytic performance of the catalyst.In addition, carbon deposition in the reaction may be one of the reasons leading to the deactivation of bismuth-based catalysts.
