随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高,我国的空中交通取得了较大程度上的发展,为我国国民经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高做出了重要贡献。而随着空中交通的快速发展,人们对飞机的空中安全也提出了更高的要求。飞行安全的保证涉及了多个环节、多个方面的内容,空中交通管制就是其中关键的一项。根据相关统计资料表明,大部分的空中交通事故都是由于管制方面的差错而引起的,所有管制人员都应当尽量避免飞行事故的发生,本文就针对空中交通管制差错中人为因素问题进行研究与分析。
