目的:探讨动态心电图检查在无症状性心肌缺血(SMI)临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:按照入院先后顺序将洛阳东方医院收治的124例无症状性心肌缺血患者分为两组,每组62例,对照组患者行常规心电图检查,观察组患者行动态心电图检查,比较两组患者的检查结果。结果:观察组患者动态心电图检查检出SMI率为96.8%,显著高于常规心电图的检出率79.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血的临床诊断具有重要的价值,能够进一步提高检出率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of Holter in the clinical diagnosis of silent myocardial infarction (SMI). Methods: 124 cases of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia admitted to Luoyang Oriental Hospital were divided into two groups according to the order of hospital admission: 62 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent routine electrocardiogram examination and the patients in the observation group were treated by dynamic electrocardiogram. Patient’s test results. Results: The detection rate of SMI in observation group was 96.8%, significantly higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram (79.0%). There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Holter monitoring has important value in the clinical diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia, which can further improve the detection rate.
