本文观察了猪卵泡壁扫描电镜的超微结构。猪卵泡壁由颗粒细胞层和卵泡膜构成。卵泡膜中包括3种细胞;分泌细胞、成纤维细胞和平滑肌细咆。本文对卵泡膜外层平滑肌细胞以及神经纤维的超微结构和功能进行了描述和讨论。
In this paper we observed the ultrastructure of pig follicular wall by scanning electron microscopy. Pig follicular wall by the granulosa cell layer and the formation of theca. Three types of cells are found in the follicle; secreting cells, fibroblasts, and smooth muscle cells. In this paper, the ultrastructure and function of the smooth muscle cells and nerve fibers in the outer layer of the oocyte were described and discussed.
