本文应用互相关技术在阵元接收射频信号信噪比(SNR)不同情况下,对部分阵元参考法校正超声成像相位畸变进行了仿真实验。结果显示:孔径阵元数目为128,SNR>10dB时,参考阵无数目选择2—8个可以获得最佳的相位畸变校正效果,残留相位误差约为0.02波长;当参考阵元数目为1或大于20个,残留相位误差接近或大于0.04波长。信号信噪比较低时(SNR<20dB),采用部分阵元参考法的校正效果较相邻阵元参考法差。
In this paper, cross-correlation technique is used to simulate the phase distortion of the ultrasonic imaging of some reference elements in the case of different receiving signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of RF signals. The results show that when the number of aperture elements is 128 and the SNR is more than 10dB, the optimal phase distortion correction effect can be obtained by selecting an infinite number of reference arrays from 2 to 8, and the residual phase error is about 0.02 wavelength. When the number of reference elements is 1 or more than 20, residual phase error close to or greater than 0.04 wavelength. When signal-to-noise ratio is low (SNR <20dB), the correction effect of partial array reference method is worse than that of adjacent array reference method.
