现代人力资源管理强调通过激发人们的工作潜能和主动性,依靠对员工内在因素和外部管理环境的系统协调来提高劳动生产率。提升人力资源管理的水平,对企业的经营发展起着极其重要的作用,但是目前大部分国有企业还没有真正树立起人力资源管理与开发的新理念。因此,国企必须建立起新的人力资源管理与开发新机制,提升企业竞争力。
Modern human resource management emphasizes improving labor productivity by stimulating people's work potential and initiative, relying on systematic coordination of employees' internal factors and external management environment. Upgrading the level of human resource management plays an extremely important role in the operation and development of enterprises. However, at present, most state-owned enterprises have not really established a new concept of human resources management and development. Therefore, state-owned enterprises must establish a new human resources management and development of new mechanisms to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
