姜瘟病曾试用过多种防治方法,均无明显效果,作者自1988年起从土壤微生物中分离、筛选出拈抗细菌 JWL—1菌株并做成菌剂进行浸种、灌根防治试验。结果姜瘟病发病车及病情指数均比对照显著降低,防治效果平均达80%,亩增产510公斤,平均增产率33%。拮抗菌 JWL—1经鉴定为产芽孢细菌(Bqcillus spp.),用肉汁胨培养液振荡培养,离心后取菌体沉淀物加轻质碳酸钙干粉制成,密封后常温保存,有效期8个月。
There have been many prevention and cure methods for ginger blast. There was no obvious effect. The authors isolated from the soil microorganisms since 1988 and screened the anti-bacterial JWL-1 strain and made it into seed soaking and irrigation control experiments. Results The incidence of disease and disease index of ginger blast decreased significantly compared with that of control. The average control effect was 80%. The yield of mu was 510 kg and the average yield was 33%. The antagonistic strain JWL-1 was identified as Bqcillus spp., Shake cultured with the medium of peptone, centrifuged and the bacterial sediment was precipitated with light calcium carbonate powder, sealed and stored at room temperature for 8 months .
