为进一步全面提高我省医药包装水平,确保药品仓储包装及其它非直接接触药品包装材料质量的可靠性,防止制售假、冒、伪,劣药品的违法行为,根据国家医药管理局发布的《药品包装管理办法》、《药品包装用材料、容器生产管理办法》并参照《直接接触药品的包装材料、容器生产质量管理规范》,我局决定印发《四川省非直接接触药品包装用材料管理办法(试行)》从一九九八年一月一日起实施,望遵照执行。为便于发证工作顺利进行,各市、地、州医药管理局从文到之日起受理《四川省非直接接触药品包装生产企业许可证》的申请,初审后报四川省医药管理局生产流通处,以便安排抽样、验收、考评、发证。各制药生产企业从一九九八年七月一日起不得使用无讧企业的包装产品。届时拟首先对大输液、粉针、水针使用的包装进行检查。特此通知附件:四川省非直接接触药品包装材料管理办法(试行)
